Cecilia, it was kale, blueberries, plain yogurt, carrot juice. Only the cakes liked it...oh well
Emily loves cooked mashes and kidney beans from the bean mix. Corn on the cob, but no peas or greens. Once a week, on the first day i bring the big collard leaves from the store, she will nibble a dime size spot from a leaf. Go figure!

Green guys love edamame and beans.
Only corn for Big Scooter and Rudy enjoys steamed sweet potato!

how do you prepare the edemame? Do you leave the little beans inside the green thingy? (such technical words I know! ) and how do you wash them prior?
